What is an agency account on Inscend?
It's a brand account built for agencies: one login for your agency, a separate company profile for every client, and a team you invite with their own access. Everything brands can do on Inscend — barter collabs, UGC with protected payouts and creator job postings — you can do for each client.
How do my team members sign in?
You invite them by email. They accept with their own Inscend account (free) and then open your agency's workspace from their account. They never need your password, and you can remove their access at any time.
What's the difference between a Manager and a Viewer?
Managers create and manage listings, review creators and approve content. Viewers can see everything but can't change anything — useful for client stakeholders or junior team members. Billing, payouts, account settings and the team itself stay with the agency owner.
Can I limit a team member to certain clients?
Yes. When you invite someone, you can give them access to every client or only to the clients they work on.
Who counts as a user on my plan?
You, plus everyone you've invited to your agency's team. Each plan sets how many users and how many clients (company profiles) you can have.
Is there a fee per client or per campaign?
No. You pay for your agency plan only. On Starter and above, campaigns are unlimited and you get every Premium brand feature, such as refundable creator security deposits on barter collabs.
